Is this the same thing as residential proxies?
Same IP classification, different supply. Our IPs are registered as residential ISP space, so reputation databases classify them as residential - but they're hosted on infrastructure we control, not on strangers' smart TVs. The industry calls this "static ISP" or "static residential." You get residential trust with datacenter speed (10-50ms latency, 99.994% uptime, 99.9% success rate).
Can I rotate IPs?
No. Our IPs are static - that's the product. If your workload genuinely requires rotation, a rotating residential provider is the right buy, and we'll say so.
Do you have non-US locations?
No. Our network is US-focused, hosted in the Ashburn corridor. If you need European or APAC exits, we're not a fit.
What about my remaining NetNut balance or contract?
We can't do anything about funds or commitments held with NetNut - that's between you and Alarum, and their statement says they're cooperating with law enforcement. What we can do is get you running on new infrastructure in minutes, so the stranded balance is your only sunk cost, not lost revenue on top of it.
How fast can I start?
Provisioning is fully automated. Your endpoints are live as soon as checkout completes.
Is my use case allowed?
We vet usage and we terminate abuse - credential stuffing, fraud, attack traffic, and similar get accounts closed. Ordinary scraping, account management, ad verification, e-commerce, and research workloads are welcome. If you're unsure, ask before you buy; we'd rather have that conversation early.
