Frequently asked questions
Which protocols do these proxies support?
HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 on every IP, with the same username and password. SOCKS5 carries TCP and UDP, so DNS, WebRTC, VoIP, game traffic, and HTTP/3 (QUIC) all work alongside regular web requests. SOCKS5 is included at no extra cost.
Which proxy protocol should I use?
For browsers and web scrapers, start with the HTTP proxy endpoint, including when visiting HTTPS sites. Use SOCKS5 when your application supports it and needs traffic beyond HTTP. Check your client's support for SOCKS5 authentication and UDP before choosing it. Stat supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 with username and password authentication.
Does a static IP keep my accounts logged in?
No. A static IP keeps the exit address consistent, but login sessions also depend on cookies and other browser storage. Reuse the same assigned proxy and save the browser profile or storage state separately. The destination site controls session expiry and can still ask you to log in again.
What is a static ISP proxy?
A static ISP proxy is an IP address on a residential internet provider's network, hosted on server hardware and assigned to you for the whole subscription. It never rotates. Sites see a residential ASN, which passes the reputation checks that block datacenter IPs, and you get the uptime and speed of a server connection.
How much do static ISP proxies cost?
$2.50 per IP per month, flat. Bandwidth is unlimited, so there are no per-GB charges or overage fees. The minimum order is 25 IPs, which is $62.50 a month.
What ISPs do you source from?
Major US Tier-1 carriers. Every IP sits on a residential ASN and is registered to an ISP, which is what sites look up when they score an address.
Where are the IPs located?
In the US only, in Virginia and New Jersey. We do not sell IPs in other countries, so if your targets need a non-US address, buy those from a provider that has them.
Do the IPs rotate?
No. Each IP stays the same for as long as you keep the plan. If your job needs a new IP on every request, a rotating residential pool fits better, and we do not sell one.
Can I use these for social media management?
Yes. Give each account its own IP and keep it on that IP. For Google reCAPTCHA-heavy tasks, our Captcha Proxies are the better fit.
What happens if an IP gets flagged?
Report it and we replace it free within 24 hours. You can also exchange IPs through the management API.
Is there a free trial?
No. We do not offer a free proxy trial. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under our Terms of Service. Contact support for help.
